Nexler Automation LLC, DBA Dreyva.ai provides AI-powered automation services for home service businesses, including AI voice receptionists, automated SMS follow-up, missed call text-back, customer reactivation, and appointment scheduling. Our services are designed to help businesses respond to customers faster and book more jobs.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your business. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
When you subscribe to our services, we will set up and configure your AI automation system based on information you provide about your business. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. You agree to cooperate with our onboarding process and provide timely responses to setup-related requests.
Our services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our 30-day performance guarantee. If payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service.
We offer a 30-day performance guarantee on our services. If our AI system does not deliver measurable results within the first 30 days of going live, you may request a full refund for that month. This guarantee applies to the first month of service only.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via email or phone. Your service will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees, penalties, or long-term contracts.
Our services include SMS/text messaging capabilities. When a customer initiates a conversation through our chat widget on your website, they consent to receive SMS messages related to their inquiry. By using our services, you agree to:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to deliver reliable AI automation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated responses may occasionally be imperfect.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexler Automation LLC, DBA Dreyva.ai, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
